Bailey’s journey into the world of marketing began serendipitously during her tenure as an Office Manager for a local chiropractic company. Recognizing her innate creativity, her boss entrusted her with marketing tasks, such as creating promotional materials for events and sales. This ignited a passion within her, leading Bailey to immerse herself in marketing podcasts and techniques during her free time.
The global pandemic, a pivotal moment in many lives, offered Bailey an unexpected opportunity. With an abundance of free time, she launched her solo podcast, “Distressed to Joyful; Bailey’s Way”. Realizing the importance of reaching an audience, she delved deep into the realms of social media, email marketing, and blogging to promote her podcast effectively.
In the fall of 2021, Bailey embraced a new challenge as the Office Manager for a local interior design studio. It wasn’t long before her marketing prowess was recognized, and she was promoted to Marketing Director. Thrilled to work in a field she was passionate about, Bailey achieved significant milestones: she designed and launched a brand-new website, crafted all the content, and implemented a successful email marketing strategy that enhanced the company’s online presence. Additionally, her social media strategy not only generated leads that converted into sales, but it also resulted in a $17,000 project from an Instagram post, the highest paying job the company had received at the time.
Bailey continued to excel in various marketing roles until December 2023, when she traveled to India for her wedding. Realizing the constraints of traditional employment on her time and mobility, she was inspired to establish her own digital marketing business. This venture allows her to combine her love for travel with her professional ambitions, offering her the flexibility to work from anywhere.

She regularly updates her HIPAA certification and takes courses annually to stay updated on new marketing techniques and industry standards.
